My husband brought my car in for service and was appalled that no one was wearing masks. That included all personnel from service people, to sales people, and everyone else. This is the second time that he i that no one was wearing masks. That included all personnel from service people, to sales people, and everyone else. This is the second time that he is gone and had our car serviced and mentioned at our last visit that this was a big problem. Much to his surprise nothing had changed. The only person wearing a mask was the driver who drove him home in between his appointments. We will not be going back to hilltop Chevrolet unfortunately, as we have just moved to Rochester..We will continue working with the people in Dover. This is the second time I have written this review as I cannot submit without indicating someone who we dealt with. Unfortunately we do not remember that person but was still stunned by your lack of caring for your customers and their safety.I will randomly click on someone’s name was average. Had the solenoid replaced. Check Engine Light returned on 3 miles down the road. Brought it back and was told it was a new issue.
