Worst service I have ever received… The leasing company requires that I bring my car to a approve location they are the closest but every time I bring my car there they seem confused and frustrated towards requires that I bring my car to a approve location they are the closest but every time I bring my car there they seem confused and frustrated towards me that it’s a leased car… They have broken parts in my car and then asked me to pay for them they have not called me back they have also failed to tell me that I need to bring my car somewhere else for warranty work until I called them to ask why they hadn’t called me to schedule the work that was needed. they’ve wasted my time. It will also call and send me notices in the mail ask him to buy my car which is a lease. More
They worked on the vehicle right away, had to wait for parts, when I went in for the vehicle a week later they could not put a sticker on it because it had to be driven a number of miles for the computer parts, when I went in for the vehicle a week later they could not put a sticker on it because it had to be driven a number of miles for the computer to reset. When I aired my frustrations to the service advisor, he got nasty with the comment, “what are you getting mad at me for, your truck, you broke it”. The issue was a major computer problem that I had nothing to do with. The service manager stepped in and gave me an explanation on why the vehicle had to be driven a while for the computer to reset. All of the repairs and service were done professionally. I knew I would be there a while. I was told that the vehicle woulb be ready approximately noonish. The vehicle was ready and waiting outside abou I knew I would be there a while. I was told that the vehicle woulb be ready approximately noonish. The vehicle was ready and waiting outside about 12:10 pm. The problem was that the service person at the desk went to lunch at noon and had to wait until this person came back from lunch to complete the paperwork so that I can pay the bill. (I do not not blame this person for going to lunch.) I was allowed to go home and pay the bill over the phone. I needed to be elsewhere for 3:30 pm. I left the dealership at 12:50 pm. It seems to me someone else should have been able to process the paperwork for service and repairs. More
