All of the repairs and service were done professionally. I knew I would be there a while. I was told that the vehicle woulb be ready approximately noonish. The vehicle was ready and waiting outside abou I knew I would be there a while. I was told that the vehicle woulb be ready approximately noonish. The vehicle was ready and waiting outside about 12:10 pm. The problem was that the service person at the desk went to lunch at noon and had to wait until this person came back from lunch to complete the paperwork so that I can pay the bill. (I do not not blame this person for going to lunch.) I was allowed to go home and pay the bill over the phone. I needed to be elsewhere for 3:30 pm. I left the dealership at 12:50 pm. It seems to me someone else should have been able to process the paperwork for service and repairs. More

I have never had a bad experience here. Every time I have service one on my vehicle, I wait with my two children. I can count on the children's bean bag reading room, cold waters and snacks Every time I have service one on my vehicle, I wait with my two children.
