Brought my car for state inspection. It failed for a crack in the windshield. I was told once it was fixed I could drop by for the sticker. When I asked to schedule an appointment since it obviously wasn't a "drop in" service, I was told to come back the next day at 3:30 or after. No appointment was scheduled. It would benefit customers to be realistic upfront on how long a service will take and if an appointment is required. More
