Do not buy from Kevin Shevlin! This guy is as sleazy as they come. He tried to trick me into a car I could not afford even though I was clear up front with what I could spend. When they finally did get back to me they told me the outcome of the lease on a truck. It wasnt even the truck I told them I was interested in,and to add to that I had told them I was looking to purchase and not lease. They said they would get back to me with my purchase options. This went on for a week. I contacted them again they gave me the lease terms again on the truck I didnt want. I decided to go to Amesbury Chevrolet and walked out 3 hrs after ariving there with a beautifull truck that was better than the one I was actually interested in at Hilltop. I would strongly recommend not dealing with these clowns. When I did talk to them the managers were very rude and unprofessional. I will say that Bob Neilly the salesman was very friendly and would have done more if he could have, but couldnt because of the clowns that are in charge. It pays to listen to your customers and treat them with respect and friendliness,and not ignore them. You cant possibly sell by treating people this way. More

They refused to fix it saying that pulling from a muddy shoulder out to the road constitutes abuse. They look for reasons not to help rather than honor their obligations. These are bad people with bad souls. Run. More
very expensive scheduled same day apt .for low beam headlamps not working and seeing I leave early in the a.m. to travel to Boston and not getting home till late I f scheduled same day apt .for low beam headlamps not working and seeing I leave early in the a.m. to travel to Boston and not getting home till late I figured since the lamps were not that old since I installed them in the spring and no they were not oem lamps I installed bright white lamps from Sylvannia. After arriving on time I was directed to the break room and sitting area, after about 45 minutes they came and brought me to parts to have them explain to me both lamps had blown and why using after market lamps is not a good recommendation and they explained why, I agreed and they replaced lamps with 2 oem lamps, so my problem is with the $188.00 fee for changing out 2 headlamps and checking sockets for grounds or shorts which really does not require a lot of special skills or tools. So my suggestion unless its a recall or something some local mechanic (not a dealer) I suggest not going to this dealer. sorry but that's crazy for 2 head lamps!!!! More

They make you believe that you win $5,000 to get you to go to their dealership in hopes to lure you into buying a car. But when you get there you find out that you haven't won anything. Because if this I will NEVER buy a car from these crooks. If they can't even be honest BEFORE they sell you the car, imagine how honest they will be if you end up becoming a customer. More
Greedy I did end up leaving with a very nice car (2016 Cruze LT) but was not allowed to take my paperwork until 3 weeks after. I also told them straight up that I would be getting a GM Supplier discount from the factory I work at. Come to find out, conveniently after they "could do anything about it", I find that they did not apply the $2000 discount, but instead opted for an easier $250 rebate. They also had decided to short my trade-in by $500, and thus required a larger down-payment.They would not return any of my calls or emails regarding these problems, and in person, shuffled me back and forth, claiming I needed to talk to someone else. Everyone except the sales and management team were very helpful and nice though. I normally wouldn't make such a big deal out of being tricked out of some cash, but they took extreme advantage of the fact that I was in bind and needed a new car by the end of the week. Will return there for the service team, but that's all. More

Convinced my family and I that through some "outside of the box" financing, my parents (both on full disability) could get a vehicle through a program Convinced my family and I that through some "outside of the box" financing, my parents (both on full disability) could get a vehicle through a program that required me to cosign. After 12 months of payments, my name would fall off of the financing and the remaining would be refinanced underneath my parents no questions asked. Despite many questions regarding this "plan," we were reassured that this is done regularly at this dealership. Long story short, we're approaching year three, this vehicle is still on my credit report, and my family has been turned away by this dealership. These people took advantage of my disabled parents and myself by lying to them, and leveraging my relationship with them to guilt me in to a finance arrangement that does not exist. Despite several attempts to follow up, it's clear that we will have to take legal action. Stay away from these people at all costs. More
