Do not shop here My experience with this dealership, especially Kevin shevelin, was horrible. He used bait and switch tactics to get me to the dealership, never actua My experience with this dealership, especially Kevin shevelin, was horrible. He used bait and switch tactics to get me to the dealership, never actually having the car in stock that I was interested in. Once I was there, he bullied me into buying a car I didn’t want because it didn’t even have the features that were advertised, using the VIN for the car that didn’t have the accessories. He yelled at me saying he kept the dealership open later than he needed to and was rude. He lied and changed paperwork on me with a higher price, so if you end up buying there, read everything over twice before signing. He took the navigation disc out of the car before delivery of car and refused to replace it. They installed rear entertainment system as part of our “deal” because he didn’t have the car advertised but I ended up paying for 1/2 of it and it has never worked. All you hear is static and no adjustments made have helped. It was my first time buying a car on my own and I was stupid not to be more careful. I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience that I did with Kevin. More
Sold me a lemon! They sold me a truck that I had to bring back to them 7 times in the first 3 months of owning it, yet they NEVER repaired the obvious manifold leaks t They sold me a truck that I had to bring back to them 7 times in the first 3 months of owning it, yet they NEVER repaired the obvious manifold leaks that have been there since day one. Here I am roughly 3 years later, and had to replace: ac compressor, serpentine belt, tensioner, 8 spark plugs, 8 ignition coils, all ignition coil connections, 8 fuel injectors, all fuel injector connections, CV shaft, fuel pump control module, camshaft position sensor, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something(s). I've spent literally thousands in repairs on this truck, and they tried telling me it was worth $24,000 when I blue booked it at $14,000! It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to do the repairs they actually did. They claimed to fix a misfiring spark plug, yet when I had all 8 replaced my mechanic showed me all 8 original spark plugs that hadn't been touched. I will NEVER buy from hilltop again, and I tell everyone I know that is looking for a new car to stay FAR away from hilltop! I'm literally stuck with this truck, and it still needs a couple thousand dollars worth of work; most of the cost is from the bad manifold gaskets that should have been replaced the day I bought the truck! More

Shady Dealership,: Absolutely No Concern for The Consumer Extremely shady dealership, essepcially for being an official Chevrolet dealership. These people are xxxxx; They know that many of the Silverado truck Extremely shady dealership, essepcially for being an official Chevrolet dealership. These people are xxxxx; They know that many of the Silverado trucks they're selling have manufacture issues from the factory but "act stupid" and attempt to pin the issues on the buyer; That's precisely what happened to me. I paid nearly $50,000 for a "top of the line" High Country Silverado and within the first 3 months of ownership, there was water leaking into my interior and consistent road vibration that I was told was "absolutely normal" -- It looks like a Cadillac and drives like a xxx -- Worst truck I've EVER purchased, and they weren't willing to touch it, never mind refund me my $50,000! Absolute nightmare of a company; The "managers" have no concern for their customers. Kiley, who is above management, acts nice on the phone but she just wants you to stop calling the dealership and "move along" -- As for their service department -- Also a bunch of shady people who refuse to comment at all or suggest resolutions because of liability and promises they can't keep. After about 4 months of headaches, one of their sales managers pulled me in beyond closed doors in a back office to tell me "we're done." and that "I needed to leave immediately" -- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I GOT SCREWED ABOUT $15,000+ AND STILL NO RESOLUTIONS, 6+ MONTHS LATER! More
