I was there very displeased with the purchase of my 2016 Chevy equinox that I recently purchased a few days ago because it’s listed as being certified. And I was not sold a certified vehicle. When I called Chevy equinox that I recently purchased a few days ago because it’s listed as being certified. And I was not sold a certified vehicle. When I called to ask why they said it was because there were to many miles on the car. And when I spoke to someone else. They said it would be a 500$ charge. After I had already purchased my vehicle. I would have paid the 500$ charge to make sure the car was certified. But I was never given the option. I will never return to Ron curriers Chevy. Not for any maintenance or another purchase. And someone should really do something about Tyler in finance. He lied to my face when I asked about the vehicle being certified More

Service My 2017 Volt came in for tire rotation and filter change. I was in early for my 2 pm appointment (2 hours early!) as I had business in Rochester at 1 My 2017 Volt came in for tire rotation and filter change. I was in early for my 2 pm appointment (2 hours early!) as I had business in Rochester at 12 pm, and could not go sit in Dunkin Donuts because of the coronavirus orders. So I went to Hilltop, which I knew would be warm and comfy seats for waiting. I had taken a book to read, so I was in no hurry, and explained that to Don. However, they finished the necessary work on my vehicle and sent me on my way in a short amount of time. The staff are all friendly and pleasant, willing to answer any questions I may have. More

Right inventory Bob Neely was very pleasant to deal with and made the purchase of a new to me truck a good experience. I spoke with a salesperson the day before and t Bob Neely was very pleasant to deal with and made the purchase of a new to me truck a good experience. I spoke with a salesperson the day before and then Aaron Goodwin who I gave a commitment and credit card deposit to but when I arrived to finalize the purchase the vehicle was not ready and I spent a couple hours waiting for the prep to be completed. Thanks to Bob for helping the time to go by and assisting me with a demo ride and any questions I had about the vehicle. Bob met me at the door when I arrived, showed me the truck, and introduced me to Mr. Goodwin who advised Bob would be handling the details of the delivery . Bob was friendly and knowledgeable and i enjoyed his conversation . More
