Poor customer service I set up an appointment to bring in my vehicle at 9:00am to have the oil changed and to look into two issues with the car. I did not hear from anyone I set up an appointment to bring in my vehicle at 9:00am to have the oil changed and to look into two issues with the car. I did not hear from anyone all day so at 3:30pm I called and was told that the tech was getting a cost for parts at the parts department and the person I was talking to said he would go and see the tech to get an update and he would call me right back. After waiting for over 30 mins I called back and spoke to the same guy again and he was still waiting to hear from the tech and he let me know that he was going to call me and I shouldn't of called him. I asked if my car was together and that I would be over to get it. I was expecting a more friendlier conservation than the one I received especially since this was my second car that they serviced in two days and the bill for the first one was $500.00 and then the charged me another $400.00 for the second one. In two days I spent $900.00 on two oil changes, air conditioner recharge, and to look at two issues. I guess the money means more than a customer returning. I won't be back!!! More
