Quick, easy and not pushy with the sale. Trade in numbers were lower than I would have expected but they did work with me with other incentives to get me to number I was satisfied with. I was especially pleased with the salesman who on the day of my most recent service was able to connect my p department and person taking my payment. If and only if necessary I can drive my car and use my phone "hands free". More
