I scheduled an oil change, when i arrived at 445pm to pick up the invoice was for almost $200. Unapproved work was done to my vehicle including Tire rotation on brand new tires - still had all of pick up the invoice was for almost $200. Unapproved work was done to my vehicle including Tire rotation on brand new tires - still had all of the vent spews on tbe tires State Inspection, not due until 2/2024 Replace missing buld to bulb to compete inspection. The notes on invoice says "customer approved" i never approved or talked to anyone about these additional services. The service manager wasn't available to review, the customer service rep did remove the rotation, but the tech still compete unapproved work. To to this, all off when i got my truck back my Android auto no longer works. Very frustrating visit More

Sooo Happy Grateful and blessed! ! Kyle was super understanding, as the bank overnighted a check to me.. via Fedex, and it took 5 days to arrive. Smh. But he trusted my word and foll ! But he trusted my word and follow through, held the car for me and took a kind relaxed caring approach to my situation! Never harassed me on if check here yet. Always support smaller men, shop local!! This dealership is non pushy, relaxed atmosphere and always helped me When had issues with my car in past and my families. Never pressured or ignored.
