I purchased a 2023 Tahoe with around 3000 miles on it. I asked if it came with an oil change and they said no, it was changed when it was brought in a few weeks ago. That was a lie. There is no oil change sticker on it and the computer says it was at 38% oil life. I was also told a manager drove this car for a little while. Once we got the vehicle home and the heat on, it smelled like an ashtray. I cleaned the vehicle twice myself, trying to get the smell out. When I did I found a lighter under the front seat after the car was allegedly detailed. They did take the vehicle back and treated with the ozone machine. It’s still smells, but I don’t have time to keep dropping it off for a day at a time. my salesman was very accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Once the deal left, his hands is when the lies started. More

Had the jeep wobble. They told me it was 100% my tires. Asked them to try changing the toe of the vehicle which they did. They told me they tested it after the toe fix an They told me it was 100% my tires. Asked them to try changing the toe of the vehicle which they did. They told me they tested it after the toe fix and it was still deathwobble. I got it back and the deathwobble is gone and I didn't have to change tires. I am happy it is fixed but not happy they lied and said they tested it with just the toe fix and said it still wasn't working which it clearly is. Glad I didn't need to spend another $1000 that they said 100% was the issue. More
