Karla is awesome ! ! The only time I had a bad experience there was when I worked with another rude gentlemen . I would even send our body shop cars there for service si ! Cody had reached out to me about my inquiry for the car I was interested in. I live in the Memorial City area of Houston and their dealership was out in Alvin. I asked Cody if it was okay to get a VIN number was interested in. I live in the Memorial City area of Houston and their dealership was out in Alvin. I asked Cody if it was okay to get a VIN number and a Sales Managers assurance so I could visit and take the car without worry. He kindly did that for me and I visited the next morning. Such a kind and easygoing man, I can tell he handles his clients very professionally and easy. His patience is what really stood out, because we had issues finding an insurance company on the spot. Said my brake pads were bad but still had 2/3 pad remaining. Said my ccv oil separator filter needed to be replaced on my 2016, but there is no filter element in this model and no backpressure on my remaining.
