The customer service team member I used was rude and unhelpful. I am a doctor and so have a type A personality. All it would have taken to appease me was a daily update. But the rep wouldn’t answer the unhelpful. I am a doctor and so have a type A personality. All it would have taken to appease me was a daily update. But the rep wouldn’t answer the phone, making me upset. The more upset I became the more avoidance she employed, causing a vicious cycle. Afterwards I had to pay extra to have a different repair shop to turn the rotors because the dealer didn’t do it and the brakes were not operating correctly. Later I had a code panel on another car replaced only to have it fall off on the way to Florida. The dealer is expensive, not customer oriented, and the service department does a poor job. I won’t purchase my next car from this dealer. More
The service was great. My only issue was the strong smoke order from the service vehicle that a got a ride home and back to the dealership.
