Nobody answered the phone when I tried to find out when my car would be ready. When I left a message no one returned my call. When I finally got through to service writer she didn’t know if my car was read my car would be ready. When I left a message no one returned my call. When I finally got through to service writer she didn’t know if my car was ready and would call me back. She called and said I could pick it up. I told her when I dropped off my car that I needed a ride and she told me they didn’t have anyone to bring back to dealership. This is our only vehicle and told her I had requested a ride when I dropped off my car. She finally found someone who could pick me up. I was not at all happy with the communication at this dealership More

They lied about the codes on the car, and wouldn't show us the paper, also the car has a lot of water damage which they said nothing about.
