Wayne put my truck was jumped off and it wasn’t I drove it there. Explained on the phone all I need to do is cut it off and cut it back on it would reset. It didn’t so I drove it over there. He also said it would take 1 to 2 days to diagnose it was 4 days. When I went to pick it up the lady that helped me felt that the description he wrote was in accurate and stated if the lights come back on bring it back and I wouldn’t get charged
