I scheduled a service appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 2 PM Friday. I drove 35 minutes from Sienna and arrived at 2 PM and set three hours in waiting room. When I signed paperwork and received my key, there were no apologies from the service department employee. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. More
