Great service from the advisor but disappointing results from the technicians. I had issues on the last two occasions that I brought my vehicle here. The first occasion the technician put in the wrong oi from the technicians. I had issues on the last two occasions that I brought my vehicle here. The first occasion the technician put in the wrong oil despite it being clearly noted on the order. The second occasion the technician was instructed to complete a hose change prior to leaving for the day but did not (I brought it in at 7:00am). That afternoon, the service advisor had to go find my vehicle and determine whether the work had been done (which it had not). I had to come back when it was completed the next day. These were both ultimately resolved but caused me and my wife extra time and inconvenience. More

Zero communication regarding my car and it sat there for one week just to be told it's not covered by Ford extended warranty. I didn't receive one call from the dealership the entire week. i had to call eve one week just to be told it's not covered by Ford extended warranty. I didn't receive one call from the dealership the entire week. i had to call every time just to get an update i called on Friday to pick up my car because i was sick of no communication called 5-6 times with zero response from doug. Saturday i called and asked for the general manager because i couldnt even get a response to pick up the car and within minutes i was told doug said to just come pick it up. It was only once i asked to speak to the GM that i got the ok to pickup the car. I told Doug he needs to get better at communicating with the customer and his excuse was he was busy. No one is too busy to take a call for 30 seconds and let me know that it's not covered and to pick up the car. The absolute worst service i have ever had hands down. More
