I used to be so happy with Ron Carter service and bought my car a couple years ago, refer people and was thinking to get my next car there, but service is declining and deteriorating. This is my second service with him. I was not impress the 1st nor less this lass time. Horrible communication, dishonest, unprofessional, disrespectful in many ways but specially of my time and could care less for your safety of the customer and my family. Why to go back there after being a customer for 8 years, when you have such a bad experience in customer service. No enough he tried blaming others for his mistakes and unprofessional behavior. However he had an opportunity to at least speak with me and apologizeand try to help me. NO, HE HAD LEFT and dump the problem he created on others. DID NOT communicate to his coworkers of the situation. So why to keep waisting my time with acompany with a very unprofessional employee. I can go on an on, on my previous experience before the Incident too, but I gave the service guy the opportunity and benefit of the doubt. About his futere service. So I came back and not a surprise but more disappointed experience. I should have stayed where I was.doing my state inspection fixing my breaks. It would had been cheaper in less time, not risking my safety and my kids, customer service was way better if you compare. I would have not dealt with such an unprofessional careless person He was wrong in many ways and the minimum he could done was just to apologize, called and informed me that he was not interested in fixing my car, I had to be calling and checking on it. No apologies, when I said what can you do at the moment he said we would talk as soon as I can I hurry because he said he would be there. I paid and uber to pick up my car and his face was nowhere to be found. When i could had gone to pick ny car earlierin the shuttle, he just had to say i do not have time ir want to service your car. Pass it to another person. But he was good at tried to blame everyone before admitting he was the problem since he said let me check on your car i will call u back . I even had a diagnosis and he just re read it. What in the world. I took it to you with the isssue. One more time. I knew what i went to fix. I am waisting my time. As usual this will maybe get read, if i am lucky spoke about it and disregard...... I gave him the opportunity for him to be heard but he just hid. More
