I dropped my 2015 Dodge Durango off to Ron Carter on July 3, 2021 because the check engine light was on and it was running sluggish do to a missfire on cylinder 6. After 2- 1/2 weeks of constant lies from Da 3, 2021 because the check engine light was on and it was running sluggish do to a missfire on cylinder 6. After 2- 1/2 weeks of constant lies from Danny stating that they were working on my truck and tearing the motor down because that's what the warranty company requested I went up to speak with him, Danny then apologized and told me that he had a technician out for a week and he was going to get right on it. Another lie, when calling to speak with Danny multiple times I was told that he was either not there are with another customer. When I was able to talk to Danny he would ALWAYS say that he would give me a call back for an update but never called. I keep telling Danny that I needed my vehicle back ASAP because it was for my daughter and she did not have another vehicle for her and her child. Danny finally called me and told me that they found a defective coil which is what was causing the misfire and that the truck would be ready on Wednesday and he would give me a call, Danny lied again, no call. Oveall I was lied to repeatedly and they took over a month to perform a 2.5 hr repair. Very poor service and even worst customer service. What really makes this experience bad is that I only took my vehicle to them because they provided such a great service a couple years ago on my wife's car. But after this I will NEVER go to Ron Carter again and would absolutely not refer them to anyone I know. I would give them a zero but 1 star is the lowest rating that I could give them. If I had read some of the reviews that I'm reading now I don't think I would have taken my vehicle to them. Your service advisor Danny Tandy are going to cost the company a lost of business, you for sure has lost mine. I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB. Danny in the service department is a joke. He talks in circles, doesn’t care about you, gives you the run around, lies about what is wrong with your vehicle. He says he needs permission to do something bu circles, doesn’t care about you, gives you the run around, lies about what is wrong with your vehicle. He says he needs permission to do something but then later says he didn’t do it. He lies and says he checked on things with insurance and such. He is rude and defensive when you call him out on it. He has had my car for 19 days and yet to start work on it yet he claimed he needed to pull dashboard but now he says they didn’t cause he can see the problem. But still hasn’t done anything. Then when asked what is wrong he says it was the weld on the frame but now it’s plastic with glue?? Yet supervisor says no it’s metal. Avoid them if you can. Sales is great! Service department sucks. Would have given negative stars but one was the lowest I could give. Danny doesn’t even deserve any stars much less one. More
