Took my Ram truck for an oil change and the service manager helped me find a great price on new tires for my truck ordered them for me and set me up an appointment to have them installed. I would avoid this dealership for service. He wanted to know who we spoke to about our appt and that he doesn’t service cars on Saturday and blah blah blah… I asked him if he had any other dealerships who could help us and he stated no; that this was his only dealership. I’ve called there twice. Once about getting a replacement key fob I was treated poorly. This wasn’t bad enough I guess so a few months later I called to purchase a 4 year maintenance plan for oil and tire ro key fob I was treated poorly. While talking to a guy named Michael he treated me like I was putting him out. It made me feel like I needed to add why I was doing it for my brother. He sss Addis we’re really busy around here and don’t have time talking over the phone. Mike, was the rudest ever. I took my business elsewhere. No new cars will be bought from this dealer in the future. More
