I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but “hands down” the salesman (Leon Lundy) was the best I have ever dealt with! All of the folks from the receptionist at the front door to the manager in the b down” the salesman (Leon Lundy) was the best I have ever dealt with! All of the folks from the receptionist at the front door to the manager in the back office were cordial and did not hover over you…never pushy and were “straight shooters”! The prep crew and Andrew, that explained all of the apps and electronics, were top notch as well. I will return to Ron Carter in the future. More

We took our truck in for a service engine light, last week of June. We asked if it could be done by Friday morning. They called Wednesday, told us what was wrong and said it would probably be done Frid week of June. We asked if it could be done by Friday morning. They called Wednesday, told us what was wrong and said it would probably be done Friday morning. Friday morning they called to say it was done, but couldn't program the sensor before we left on vacation. We were gone on vacation the following week. Came back to the hurricane, Monday they were closed. Tuesday they had no internet (No internet, they couldn't even tell me if they had my truck, much less if the work was done). They told me they would call when they had internet. Wednesday when I called, they said the parts would be in Thursday, and we could pick it up Friday. HUH??? I explained the parts were in the end of June, and he argued with me saying it wasn't. I spoke with the Service manager, he said, yes the parts were in and he worked with me, so that the sensor was programed, and I could pick it up by Thursday. Very frustrating. 3 weeks after they fixed it, same service engine light came on. I called the service manager, he said if I brought it in right away, they would look at it. I asked if we could bring it in Saturday. He said, nope, skeleton crew on Saturday, but if I dropped it off they would get to it the next week. Ok, how is that right away? They had our truck 3 weeks (One week we were on vacation - so that doesn't really count). Now they wanted it again?? We took it to another dealer, they had it in and out in a week, fixed, washed and it was covered under warranty. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with Ron Carter. We took our 3500 in and asked if they could do a custom front end alignment. My husband talked to the service tech, with the specs we needed it to be aligned to - they went and talked to their alignment guy, yep, no problem. We can do this. 4 days after they had it, they called, said they couldn't do it so they just did a regular alignment. What was the point of talking to them ahead of time?? More
