We knew what we wanted but were surprised to learn there was a Hybrid in the exact car we had our hearts set on. So that is just what we ordered. He flat knows his Jeeps. Misa explained EVERYTHING that we should expect. We would receive our newly built Jeep in 2-6 months. (We actually ordered our Jeep 4/2/22 and received it 7/20/2022 so he was right on the money with the dates). Misa sent a text in a couple of days with the order number and VIN. Then he sent a link where we could check on the progress of the building of our Jeep, which of course we checked every day. He touched base with us the whole time and answered any questions we had about the delivery. The day we picked it up, he spent quite a bit of time explaining everything we needed to know. Not only did he do that, he also sent texts to links that would be beneficial to us when we had questions. And when we did have additional questions, he answered us right way.
