We took our Tahoe in to get an oil change and have them do a simple inspection. This took them over two days to get completed. This surprised us since they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Worst experience ever. I waited a week to hear anything of substance on my vehicle and when I finally did I was given incorrect information, being told my vehicle was irre I waited a week to hear anything of substance on my vehicle and when I finally did I was given incorrect information, being told my vehicle was irreparable. This led me to buying a new car and then the next day I received a call telling me they gave me information on the wrong vehicle. I will never do business at Ron Carter again. More
