Worst experience ever. I waited a week to hear anything of substance on my vehicle and when I finally did I was given incorrect information, being told my vehicle was irre I waited a week to hear anything of substance on my vehicle and when I finally did I was given incorrect information, being told my vehicle was irreparable. This led me to buying a new car and then the next day I received a call telling me they gave me information on the wrong vehicle. I will never do business at Ron Carter again. More

I'm disappointed. Car was there 27 days. It wasn't successfully diagnosed until a mechanic who was on vacation returned. I paid out of pocket 2900 dollars on a rental. Car was there 27 days. My rear bumper was damaged by someone at the dealership. My service advisor notified me of the incident. The service manager agreed to have the bumper repaired. I have an appointment for 7 am on a Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off on Monday afternoon around 3:30. I receive a text on Wednesday wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. They must not hav We dropped the vehicle off on Monday afternoon around 3:30. I receive a text on Wednesday wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. They must not have looked at my vehicle on Tuesday. I called three more times on Wednesday with the latest around 4pm. I was asked on the last call what year was my vehicle. No service on my vehicle for two days now. I showed up Thursday to pick up the vehicle. I was asked if I received a phone call. I replied no that’s why I was picking it up. I was able to get the car in 10 minutes. I was then told they knew the issue. I said I knew the problem when I dropped it off. The car would sometimes say shift to park when the vehicle was shut off. We had to start it 20 times to get it to work properly. It was the switch connected to the gear shifter. They called me Friday before we were heading out of town. They said they could fix it today. I told them my son would have to pick it up for me. I came back home and looked at the receipt. They charged me $600 for labor. There is a TB out says the maintenance hours is 0.7 hours. I will never use them again. More
