If today is an indicator of how you treat your customers. ..I have no idea why you are still in business. I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed tha ..I have no idea why you are still in business. I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed that they would contact me for 1. When they finished the work or 2. If they were not able to finish, they would call me to inform me that they were keeping my vehicle overnight. At about 5:00pm, I began to attempt to contact the service dept. to get an update. And after 10 or more times trying to contact someone in the service dept. and leaving messages...the final straw was the receptionist telling me that she would contact them but instead she hung up the phone. Definitely my LAST time to bring my vehicle to this dealership! More
Went in for a complimentary oil change and was treated horribly. The service guys questioned me about how I could have a free oil change when Ron Carter called me to offer it. Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Took three weeks to schedule so they could research after which I completed the install with directions supplied in the service bulletin. More
