Went in for a complimentary oil change and was treated horribly. The service guys questioned me about how I could have a free oil change when Ron Carter called me to offer it. They did not check any other fluids nor vacuumed the vehicle. If this was a way to convince a customer to come to them routinely then they totally failed! More

Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Took three weeks to schedule so they could research after which I completed the install with directions supplied in the service bulletin. More
