We have custom plates. They did not transfer them like they said they would. We’ve been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get it together and make things right. Spoken to 2 different managers and still can’t resolve this. I was told on 10/9 by Mark that it would be resolved by Friday 10/11. No call or anything telling us that it was done. Ashton and Steven Strangler were both great They were easy to communicate with, courteous, service oriented and just nice guy. They both knew what they were doing to accommodate my needs. Service is slow. Make an appointment to just have your vehicle wait 24 to 48 hours later to be looked at. Doesn’t really make sense to make an appointment then. If today is an indicator of how you treat your customers. ..I have no idea why you are still in business. I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed tha ..I have no idea why you are still in business. I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed that they would contact me for 1. When they finished the work or 2. If they were not able to finish, they would call me to inform me that they were keeping my vehicle overnight. At about 5:00pm, I began to attempt to contact the service dept. to get an update. And after 10 or more times trying to contact someone in the service dept. and leaving messages...the final straw was the receptionist telling me that she would contact them but instead she hung up the phone. Definitely my LAST time to bring my vehicle to this dealership! More
