Ron Carter has done all my service work since I bought my 2019 Encore from them in 2020. I have always been satisfied which I why I continue to return. My last two visits I have been helped by Service Advis 2019 Encore from them in 2020. I have always been satisfied which I why I continue to return. The service for my car was excellent. The customer service and communication with me was very poor. The only communication I received was when I called the service department myself. Service was slow. We brought the vehicle in first thing Friday morning, and it was not returned to use until mid-day (11:50am) on the following Tuesday. The delivery date/time moved from Monday end -of-day to Tuesday morning to late Tuesday morning. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was not done when I arrived, and the service manager was not available. So, I had to wait again for someone else to come and help wrap up the paperwork. More
