Service was slow. We brought the vehicle in first thing Friday morning, and it was not returned to use until mid-day (11:50am) on the following Tuesday. The delivery date/time moved from Monday end -of-day to Tuesday morning to late Tuesday morning. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was not done when I arrived, and the service manager was not available. So, I had to wait again for someone else to come and help wrap up the paperwork. More

The diagnostic fee of 190 dollars for condensation in a headlight was insane. My wife signed the paperwork though so that is on us.
