Dropped my car off with them, was told 24 to 48 hours, never heard back and I was hunting down to speak with someone at service center, they kept the car for 8 days and I never got a loaner and no one cal never heard back and I was hunting down to speak with someone at service center, they kept the car for 8 days and I never got a loaner and no one called to give updates and even when I called I couldn’t speak with anyone. I live 48 miles from the dealership and I Uber there back and forth. To add salt to injury, I bought the car from same dealership. They’ve lost me and anyone else I know. More
