The central console latch on my new 2023 GMC Sierra was broken and couldn’t open the compartment. Dealer had to order a new center console. The one that was put in is USED, not new. I was Not told it was u broken and couldn’t open the compartment. Dealer had to order a new center console. The one that was put in is USED, not new. I was Not told it was used. I didn’t realize it was used and different color until the next day when I was looking it over in the daylight. (It was closing time and dark when I picked it from the service department). Not happy they put a used center console in my $52,000 Truck. More

My vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday at 7am and for 3 full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been LOOKED at. No diag completed at all. It sat PARKED for 3 full days. I had NO vehicle for 3 full days. I pulled my Tahoe out of service for LACK of service and LACK of communication. I will NEVER come back to this location again for service or to purchase my next vehicle. More

Salesman, Ali, was very nice, enjoyed working with him. I’d recommend Ali to family & friends. We asked 3 different times to include running boards, but that did NOT happen. This was a Demo and no one went over each line cost and how they arrived at the final price paid. This WAS the 3rd vehicle purchased from Ron Carter, that didn’t seem to matter. I received an email from Ron Carter to reach out to them. I called them twice, leaving a voice message on Feb 5th, No One has returned my call! More
