Took a month to get the part with poor follow up and then two service writers quit so no one called to tell me it was ready. My service agent, Andrea was so helpful and nice. She was waiting for us when we brought our GMC Acadia in for service. I definitely have had issues with the maintenance department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. The staff knew I had an appointment, they got me checked in, a department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing.
