The young lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She managed a very busy morning by herself with much grace and poise. Great customer service skills. This time it was grease on the door and handle of a just washed vehicle and on the engine start/ stop button. Last time it was a greasy footprint on the mat. More

Service was oil change and filters serviced. Tire pressure was not set correctly. Had to ask for state inspection paperwork. 1st. tire rotation & oil change took more than 5 hrs. I was told it would be 1.5 hrs. after making a .reservation. Absolutely horrible I will never bring my cat back there again. Brought car twice with same problem and they kept saying they couldn't recreat issues despite the codes it was throwing. Then went in and prob again. Brought car twice with same problem and they kept saying they couldn't recreat issues despite the codes it was throwing. Then went in and problem was so bad it need a transmission. ZERO communication even when requested service manager to call. No one would ever answer phones had to physically go in for updates and even had to invokd ours salesman. Said vehicle was fixed and drove off and now vehicle is worse than before. Be aware and please do research before using this service department. More
