The service department had my car for two weeks, telling me the part I needed was on national back order and could possibly take weeks to months to come in. After my car sat at the dealership for two weeks me the part I needed was on national back order and could possibly take weeks to months to come in. After my car sat at the dealership for two weeks my service advisor messaged me asking for updates. I felt that Ron Carter did not want to service my vehicle. I ended up having to locate the part myself at another dealership. I took my car to Davis Chevrolet and the repairs were done the same day. Ron Carter made me feel like they didn't want to provide service to my vehicle and instead placed the burden of responsibility on me to find alternative solutions. More
