This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Ron Carter. The service representative was rude and impatient. I had to call multiple times per day to hope and catch her once because she did not return my calls. For the first 3 days, she just told me the tech hasn’t even gotten to my vehicle yet. She kept saying she was going to talk to the tech and call me back but did not. Each day I called to get an update and finally got in touch with the tech she sounded inconvenienced. I waited and paid for a rental car for 4 days in order for them to replace the part I told them to replace on Day 1 because there was a recall. More
My review is two part: sales and service department. Second time, I was looking for a truck. I looked at the Denali and asked the sales person to see what they would give me for my current truck (it was very fair, what they offered). However, I don’t appreciate the whole, we keep your keys with the manager thing. I had just started looking at trucks and wanted to explore my options as I don’t like when dealerships have a discounted price but charge an “addendum” fee, basically canceling out the discount. When I expressed that to the sales person, I could tell he was irritated and I had to ask for my keys several times. It was not a pleasant experience. I ended up getting a truck from another dealership a few days later. Service - I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I only waited about an hour and a half but when I was there, I heard a lady saying to the staff, she does not understand how her AC went out when she had just brought it there for service. This is relevant because the following day after my oil change, my truck began to show a tire pressure system error and my washer fluid said it was low. I looked at my receipt and it stated the washer fluid was filled. I have a huge issue when someone says they did something (fill the washer fluid) but clearly they did not. It makes you wonder what else they did not do. Back to the tire pressure issue. I had to go back on a Monday morning, using 2 hours of my vacation time. When I arrived staff went out with a sensor device and tried to reset the tire pressure system. It did not work and then he told me I could bring it back, he doesn’t know how long it will be. I did not want to waste more of my vacation time for something this service department may have done. (It is a new truck and I only took it here is because it is closer to my home than the one I bought it from). I waited almost two hours to be told “there was no service, they just reset it”. Which is weird because I saw another staff member try to reset it earlier and even asked that staff member what he was doing as he was trying to reset it. When I began to ask some follow up questions, the staff member was short and did not make any eye contact. If something was wrong just say it, don’t try to tell me it was nothing when I could clearly tell there was something. I have photos and documents substantiating the above. It was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I would recommend another dealership, maybe not for sales but definitely for service. More

The first time I picked up my vehicle it wasn’t ready so I had to leave it again for another four weeks before I was given a loaner for them to actually get my card that they needed.
