The guy that checked me in was great. I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. A recall, adisplay issue where the checking guy clearly saw the discrepancy between the radio and the dashboard, I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. A recall, adisplay issue where the checking guy clearly saw the discrepancy between the radio and the dashboard, and was very familar with my side mirror issue. The car was returned with notations that they could not reproduce the issues. Today I started and stopped my car about 11 times. Each time I was required to select the side mirror, but their technician could not reproduce the problem. Now I have to spend the time to reschedule another service call. Seems to be a lack of qualified technicians. More
