This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Ron Carter. The service representative was rude and impatient. I had to call multiple times per day to hope and catch her once because she did n from Ron Carter. The service representative was rude and impatient. I had to call multiple times per day to hope and catch her once because she did not return my calls. For the first 3 days, she just told me the tech hasn’t even gotten to my vehicle yet. She kept saying she was going to talk to the tech and call me back but did not. Each day I called to get an update and finally got in touch with the tech she sounded inconvenienced. I waited and paid for a rental car for 4 days in order for them to replace the part I told them to replace on Day 1 because there was a recall. More
