Please explain why 6 weeks turned into a year, and why I’m repeatedly being ignored by anyone I talk to at the dealership? I have stopped short of actually coming to the dealership, because it’s 45 min from my house, and by principle, I shouldn’t have to show up at your doorstep to get an answer.
