My service agent, Andrea was so helpful and nice. She was waiting for us when we brought our GMC Acadia in for service. I definitely have had issues with the maintenance department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. The staff knew I had an appointment, they got me checked in, a department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. When purchasing the vehicle I had to purchase a WI dow tint and wheel lock package that totaled $2400. I paid the 2400 but still haven't received the package nor have I received my 2nd key.
