I have an appointment for 7 am on a Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off on Monday afternoon around 3:30. I receive a text on Wednesday wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. They must not hav We dropped the vehicle off on Monday afternoon around 3:30. I receive a text on Wednesday wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. They must not have looked at my vehicle on Tuesday. I called three more times on Wednesday with the latest around 4pm. I was asked on the last call what year was my vehicle. No service on my vehicle for two days now. I showed up Thursday to pick up the vehicle. I was asked if I received a phone call. I replied no that’s why I was picking it up. I was able to get the car in 10 minutes. I was then told they knew the issue. I said I knew the problem when I dropped it off. The car would sometimes say shift to park when the vehicle was shut off. We had to start it 20 times to get it to work properly. It was the switch connected to the gear shifter. They called me Friday before we were heading out of town. They said they could fix it today. I told them my son would have to pick it up for me. I came back home and looked at the receipt. They charged me $600 for labor. There is a TB out says the maintenance hours is 0.7 hours. I will never use them again. More

It was to worst car buying experience that I have had in the past fifteen years or so because of the lack of preparation on their part. I had informed the dealership that I was going to buy a specific vehicle they had advertised, but they did nothing to prepare the vehicle prior to my arriving at the facility. Ron Carter is usually a good dealership. I have bought a vehicle there before. This experience was not what I was expecting, but it was probably exacerbated by the insufficient staffing on that particular day. More

On day of service we are in waiting area and so many loud voices and couple employees using profanity and not caring about if the people in waiting area are offended by it. Took about 3 hours for oil change voices and couple employees using profanity and not caring about if the people in waiting area are offended by it. Took about 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. They charged to replace a weather seal around back door and should have been covered by warranty only had vehicle 1 1/2 and been waiting on a phone call regarding getting our money back for that charge. We have been here a few times and never had any complaints until now. 9 days now and waiting for a return phone call. The employees in past I did not see in service this time. More
