We agreed on a purchase price and never once did they try to discuss payments, as most dealerships do. When we picked up our new Tahoe they set up the bluetooth, onstar, and introduced us to the service manager so we could set up futre visits. This by far was the best car buying experience my wife or I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. If you are looking for any vehicle new or used I would definitely recommend you shop here. Bill was very knowledgable and personable and really had our best interest in mind. As our deal was winding down later in the evening, he took the time to go over the vehicles numerous features. I have taken my car there for service 6 times for the same problem and hasn't been repaired under warranty, when I complained they tell you to take it somewhere else and the service manager James Hebert same problem and hasn't been repaired under warranty, when I complained they tell you to take it somewhere else and the service manager James Hebert gets aggravated really easily and does not want to listen to the customer and questions the customers knowledge, very bad attitude for being a service manager! They take your money when you buy it there but DO NOT want to fix problems with your car or even have knowledgable service techs and a useless service manager!! More
