Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install. Took three weeks to schedule so they could research after which I completed the install with directions supplied in the service bulletin. More

I am no fan of buying cars. I love cars, but hate the buying process. I found a car I wanted on CARS.COM and went to Ron Carter’s website to connect on availability for the car. I was contacted by Justin Brown regarding the vehicle. I put an offer in the first email I sent and Justin came back with a counter. We were initially unable to meet on a price, but Justin was respectful and responsive in his communication. A few days later Justin contacted me again through email and stated that the dealership would be willing to accept my offer with a slight increase in the price. I accepted. I live in Dallas and took a flight down to pick up the car. I had outside financing but Mark in the finance department was able to meet my credit union rate and beat it just slightly, so I financed with the dealership. I took an Uber from the airport and picked up the car and drove it back to Dallas. Great experience with all involved. In and out in less than an hour. More
