This was my first experience at Ron Bouchards and I must say was a very positive one. They actually have a porter who greated me (amazing). That is what started this exceptional experience. Went in for Oil change per lease agreement for my 2012 Nissan Rogue. Two days later I brought my vehicle for inspection sticker that was due to service station near my home. I was called into bay area Nissan Rogue. Two days later I brought my vehicle for inspection sticker that was due to service station near my home. I was called into bay area and showed that windshield washer fluid was bone dry and hadn't been filled much less topped off. Then was presented with a dirty oil filter. I had to pay for another oil change even though Ron Bouchard Nissan was supposed to do the service two days earlier. Manager Al was rude and basically told me had to be wrong although I have clear proof. Do not trust RON BOUCHARD Nissan in Lancaster, Mass . The sales experience was awful too. Nice looking dealership but they make you pay top rates and the treatment is horrible. More
Went in on 12/09/10 for a noise diagnosis from the engine Nissan Altima 3.5SE 2006. I informed them that I had just returned to the area and needed to find a good dealer to perform service. While in the ba Nissan Altima 3.5SE 2006. I informed them that I had just returned to the area and needed to find a good dealer to perform service. While in the bay I noticed I had a low rear tire, subsequently saw a nail in the tread. They said no problem $15 for repair. I authorized 1/2hr for diagnosis of noise and added tire repair as well as checking pressures. I went to check the lot for potential new vehicles. While outside I heard the car (the noise is that distinct) and then saw it take off up the road at my est of 40-45mph (speed limit is 25 - thickly settled) this was on the low tire as well. I turned and headed back to the service area to ask what the hell they were doing and saw the car come back into the lot and I decided I would ask the tech if he even knew about the tire. They were more concerned about me being in the service area that any problems I had seen. So I walk up to the new nissan area and look at some new 'taller' vehicles, the roads are rough and the car drags from time to time. I had a salesman (forget the name) come out and wanted to know if I wanted a test drive or to know about any great offers they had. I said no, I would never buy a car their based on what I had just seen in their service area. He said there was nothing he could do but to tell the service manager - I'll call tomorrow. So I get the car back after one hour and twenty minutes, bad timing chain $1440; tire it fine no leaks the nail didn't penetrate but we dismounted and cleaned the rim and put a new valve stem in. Asked if I wanted to sked a timing chain repair - NO, are you nuts was the look he got back, he also asked if I wanted a car wash - it's going to be 4 degrees tonight, great idea.....I declined. I go out to get the car and notice all the dirt and grease he took off the mating surface was nicely applied to surface of the wheel - what a mess. In fairness only got billed the $45 for the diagnosis. I'll check the tire tomorrow AM and see if it gets low again with no hole, as for the timing chain I'll bring it to Keene, Nashua, or the local guy if he can do it. I specified a potential new customer, and I get treated like this? Also it has been my experience if you can't see the service bays, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've driven 750,000 miles in the past 15 years and know what auto service is and isn't. More
