Your car was inspected by one of our most experienced technicians. He had noted that there was a leak coming from your radiator tank. We had trouble getting the correct part from Nissan, and are sorry for the delay. For your inconvenience we picked up your vehicle, filled your gas tank, and did a complete vehicle detail. We are sorry the goodwill we provided you did not make you happy.

I understand the car was picked up, filled with gas, and got a detail, but it was after 2 months of being given false information and not getting call backs. It was appreciated that an employee made the commute out here, however it wasn't based on goodwill. It was based on the fact that my husband and I refused to drive it out there again for the same issues, with fear of getting no results. Also, during the "full" detail, is when the scratches occurred. When my husband called to complain about the scratches, one of which was on the steering wheel, he was told "well we didn't touch your steering wheel". So, how is that a full detail, if certain interior parts weren't touched? He was informed that the exterior scratches were "already there", as well. Also, as I stated in my phone conversation with Chuck Haddad, when a person signs something without reading the details, I understand it is then that persons responsibility to own what they signed. If the paper states my husband was walked around the vehicle, his signatures states he agrees. However, he was not walked around his vehicle. He was walked TO his vehicle, then the employee said he had to go and walked away. Regardless, we are hopeful that the he-said, she-said will end and the issues can officially be resolved upon my husband's appointment next week to get an estimate on the scratches, that Jim Kane so kindly scheduled for us.
