While Ron Bouchard is located close to me, when I recently bought a 2017 Honda Pilot (Touring) I did not even consider buying it from these people. I drove several more miles to another dealership, who I am very happy with. Ron Bouchard -- after getting my money, they messed up at virtually every turn, from "not bothering" to even check off items (let alone doing the things listed) for the "Certified Pre-Owned" process (the head of maintenance told his guys to "not bother, since it was already sold") to the finance guy who "forgot" about about the deposit I had left to ... you get the idea. When I called the manager (Mr. Knight) he told me "We are DONE with you!" (His tone was harsh enough, that for a moment, I wondered if I needed to get a restraining order against this guy.) My salesman, who, before the sale was done bragged about how he was "a big dog" in this organization and that if I needed anything, he would take care of me, became a whimpering little Chihuahua, saying how there was nothing he could do, he was just a low guy on the totem pole. When I finally had had enough, I called to talk to Mr. Bouchard himself, only to be told he was on vacation and would not be available for four months! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! More

I had been searching for about two years for a car that met my requirements. I was looking for a very particular brand, model, and year. For the record, there were plenty of availability for used Sonata's, met my requirements. I was looking for a very particular brand, model, and year. For the record, there were plenty of availability for used Sonata's, but none of the dealerships seemed to have the right color and option package, as a used-car. Just a few weeks earlier, I had a rather negative experience with another dealership (they lost the sale) so I was very careful going into this next attempt to purchase a car and I wasn't going to make the same mistakes this time around. I am going to describe my experience with this dealership which took place about one year ago (Dec 2007). I found a vehicle on cars.com and called the dealership to ensure the vehicle was still in stock. I spoke to Eric who confirmed the vehicle was still there and arranged for me to take a test drive later that day. Once I arrived, we went on a short test drive around the area and came back to the dealership.We talked a few numbers but I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do. It was close to closing time for the dealership. Somehow, Eric was able to pull some strings and allow me to take the car home overnight to get the approval of friends and family. I was totally overjoyed with this opportunity and surprised that a dealership would allow that. I returned the following day and I was sold. After a bit more negotiating on the price, I got the car down to a reasonable price (it was way overpriced on the sticker for a used Hyundai). Once we agreed on a price, the finance department matched me with a lender with a very reasonable interest rate. I signed the paperwork and was told I should be able to pick up the car within a few days. This is where for some reason they ran into a snag. Somehow they messed up the paperwork and ended up delaying the delivery of the car an entire week (just imagine how difficult that was for me!!). This is the only reason I can't give them a perfect rating. Once delivery day arrived, I picked up the car which had just been washed and filled up with gas. They gave me all sets of keys (a total of 3) and keyless entry transmitters (which is amazing that they had all the original keys etc.!). Someone even called me a few weeks later to make sure everything was all set. Great service! I've been driving the car for over a year now with very few issues. I would take the car back there for service, but they are way too far way unfortunately. Overall, a very good experience. More
