Ease of buying at athe Honda Store I went to Ron Bouchards because I had been there before with my daughter to lease a car. Bob Brachel was the salesman we dealt with. He was great. We filled out paperwork, etc and did some waiting but all in all the service was great. All we had to do was notify insurance and pick up the car- very soon afterwards. So when I decided (after a lot of termoil and research I decided on a Honda CRV. My husband went there unplanned and we're so happy that Bob was there to help us again. He knows his buisness and has a great sence of humor. Once again he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. If you need a new or used car go see Bob. You will not be disappointed! He took us under his wing and guided use through every step of purchasing the used 2008 Trailblazer we had seen on line. He took his time explaining all the work that had been done on the car and pointing out all the extras that came with the truck. After allowing us a relaxing no pressure test drive; we discovered that the truck was in great shape and drove like a dream. The price was marked well below market value and was a great deal. After telling Ed we wanted the truck he got all the paperwork done in a flash and had the truck sent in to be detail cleaned for us. We made plans to have the dealership register the car for us the following business day. When we arrived to pick up the truck it looked super and after a short bit of final paperwork and having the truck inspected we were on our way very satisfied customers.
