Great Sales Team!! Great Experience! I pulled onto the lot and Edgar came out to great me. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to decide which car I wanted, a C Great Experience! I pulled onto the lot and Edgar came out to great me. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to decide which car I wanted, a CRV or an Accord. I drove the CRV and was in love with it. Having had an Accord before, I opted not to drive it (although they are a great car) I was in love with the CRV. Edgar walked me through the great options that it had. I left without buying but came back the next day with my husband to by the CRV the next day. Edgar was busy selling a car to another customer so I met Jeff Duenas, another great salesman. He was very friendly, and helpful, further explained some of the options that I had questions on. We bought the CRV that day and picked it up the next day. I went back several days later for my registration and inspection sticker, Jeff greated me at the door, and remembered by name! He took care of me again, showed me where the service dept was and brought my car back out washed with an inspection sticker on it. Cant ask for anything better than a clean car a GREAT salesman and customer service!! I had a great experience here and would Highly recommend the sales team!! More
Deceitful I walked wanting to trade my CRV for a Honda Odyssey. The salesman, Tim seemed very nice and knowledgeable. He had me test drive a higher model of the I walked wanting to trade my CRV for a Honda Odyssey. The salesman, Tim seemed very nice and knowledgeable. He had me test drive a higher model of the Odyssey, I was looking for the LX but there were none in stock. The model I test drove had power doors, he spent about five minutes talking about the power doors and the finger sensors. The model I test drove had sunshades in the back windows, he also talked about it including saying "it's great for the kids, all models come with it." The model I test drove had a center console in the first row, assured me I would just be able to remove it and have captain seats, I personally got very excited about the extra seat. The model I test drove had a "who done it" mirror where the sunglasses are stored, to see the kids in the back, which was a very useful feature I was used to in my basic CRV model. I agreed to trade, agreed on a price, I was not there for very long and from previous experience did not want to go through a lengthy painful negotiating process. So I told them I wanted my payments to stay the same. They made it happen, but when with the financial person to add a warranty payments would be +$15/month. At this point I gave in, I was satisfied with the vehicle I thought I was getting. I was told it would take 24 hrs for the vehicle to be delivered. I bought on Monday, and was promised to have it ready on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning I called to confirm, and was told "Yeah, I don't think that's gonna be possible, my registration lady isn't here yet." I told them I had to work in the afternoon, and they needed to make it happen. He said," maybe we can get you dealer plates, but i'll have to check with my manager." I agreed. I called at 1030 to confirm I was picking up the car, and they said "we are waiting on your insurance to fax us back." I emailed my insurance agent, who is amazing, and she said she hadn't gotten anything. So I had to call the insurance agency and the dealer ship multiple times myself to ensure everything ran smoothly and got done---extremely inconvenient and unprofessional on their part, they should have dealt with it themselves. Issue finally gets resolved. I arrive to pick up the car, and it was not ready. I then left to pick up my son from camp. I came back and he brought me to make my first service appointment, on the walk he said, "oh the only thing is the doors on yours are not power doors." OK- that's fine, good to know so I don't stick my finger in the door to show off the finger sensors like you showed me! We exchange keys and he shows me where the car is outside. I opened the door and there is no middle console in the second row, I ask why, he said "oh so sorry, that doesn't come in this one, sorry about that." OK. I sit in the car, and open the "who done it" mirror--it is not there! I ask about it and he said, "oh, it should be there, let me check with parts. I will call you later." needless to say, no call. Overall, I felt completely mislead and deceived. I would probably have waited for new models to come out and gotten a higher trim level in the 2016, or shopped at other dealerships, or even taken the car I have now without expectations had I been told the truth. He claims to have been there for 15 years, but he either intentionally lied to me or had absolutely no knowledge of car features. I was very clear I wanted the LX model from the beginning. Overall, very disappointed with the experience. I really wanted to stay in the Honda family, but I wish I had gone to my previous dealer, at least I got what I expected there with my first Honda. I feel betrayed, I really wanted to trust these Honda professionals. More

Great Staff I can’t say enough good things about Ron Bouchard’s staff, and specifically working with salesman Jeffrey Duenas to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair I can’t say enough good things about Ron Bouchard’s staff, and specifically working with salesman Jeffrey Duenas to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Jeffrey was straight forward, honest, and easy going-no high pressure sales tactics. Negotiations were cordial and respectful and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Salesperson Michelle Kennedy made the purchasing experience seamless, and she expedited the process so I able to drive away in my new car within a couple of days. Kudos, and keep up the good work! Also, Seth in the service department always took great care of my previous car! More
