All 3 sales people (Eddie Osorio, Tania Audet, Michelle Kennedy), were excellent, low pressure and very helpful. The Sales Manager (Carlos) was very strightforward and pleasant. He even came in on his day off (in street clothes) to help close the deal. Our trade was very fair as well. They were receptive to our research on what its trade-in value should be and were very competitive. The business office was also excellent. Ali worked hard to find the best financing deal possible. This is our second purchase at Ron' Bouchard's Honda (Formerly called The Honda Store) and both times were very pleasant experiences. Highly recommended. -Scott & Lesley More

Granted, my father is the one buying the car and should have been aware of what was happening, however the salesman charged him the sticker price on the vehicle and offered him $1000 for his old vehicle. The final additional charges and fees (document fee of $324.00?) came out to $1000.00 even. Doesn't look like he got a very good deal at all. The salesman did not even ask my father if he wanted to drive the vehicle. I believe it's because on this CRV Honda, there are so many state-of-the-art accessories, he didn't want my father to be intimidated by them and therefore chose not to "complicate" the sale. More

Twice being given flat out incorrect information by the Internet sales team and twice having them forget my spare keys and then on next visit my registration . When I called to find out why I did not receive any spare keys on my Honda CRV- the salesman said"I gave those to you" Then the manager called me back confirming indeed that they did not give me my spares after realizing their mistake. Then at last visit in attempt to purchase a used car , the salesman went into my vehicle without my permission took my registration and forgot to give it back or return it. Finally Ron Bouchards after a week and a half called and now they are mailing it back to me. Thank goodness I was never pulled over. Mostly disturbing though is the lack of accountability these salesman have, Nothing is explained to the customer and when asked why I was not informed of why certain paperwork was not explained to me in better detail , I was told by David Worth "I am just the salesman, I give the paperwork to the business people in back and they take care of it, I have know no idea what they do with the paperwork" . Joe Dolan the sales manager is not accountable for any of his employees at all and is also no assistance and just wants to blame the customer for the terrible service and mistakes that are made by the employees. I did speak with Connie though who seemingly cared and stated she would address my issues and promised to mail me my registration that was taken out of my glove compartment without my knowledge. I am still in process of checking through my car to find out what else is missing , not only did they not return my registration until I had to call them and demand they mail it back to me but also my auto manual is missing and potential missing money that I had in my glove compartment in an envelope where my registration was. It is like a bad nightmare that won't end- I am still in shock. I figured I would give them my business as they are local to my home in Sterling but that was a big mistake. Avoid Ron Bouchards Honda Store at all costs! More
My salesperson Michelle Kennedy was great. She was extremely patient with me. (It took me close to a year to buy the car). She answered all my questions and always got back to me quickly. She had great follow up skills to keep in touch with me when I wanted but not pester me. I had an issue with the business manager and she went to the sales manager and general manager and straightened it out for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone. More

Not sure that i feel even noticed for my loyalty to the company. ill have to say ive had problems with the service department but in my recent visits they have seemed to have pulled it together and gave me nothing less than perfect service. This is the third car i have purchased from Bree and i highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. She treats you with great respect with no pressure to buy. She was willing to work with me and went way beyond the means of her job to get my car up and going for me and i hope mr ron bouchard realizes what good employees he has. More
My wife and I went to this dealer with sincere interest in a Honda vehicle and the intent to purchase that very day, and I'm sad to report we were not all that pleased with the pricing and high-pressure sa in a Honda vehicle and the intent to purchase that very day, and I'm sad to report we were not all that pleased with the pricing and high-pressure sales tactics used at this dealership. The salesman also made the mistake of speaking very negatively about all other car brands, including another marque that we already own and are very happy with. They played the typical "negotiating games", came back with a bad offer on our trade and a nearly insulting offer on the new Honda, and would not budge. We left and went up the road to a Mazda dealer, who immediately offered us 20% (TWENTY PERCENT!) more on our trade and a much, much deeper discount off the sticker price of the new car without the demeaning and insulting dickering. We liked the Honda car, but this dealership blew the sale and we now have a second Mazda in the driveway instead. More
Bree was so great when it came to helping us buy our new 2011 Honda Odyssey. It took her 3 months to get us in to see her! She gave us NO pressure, which we definitely received at other dealerships, and gave us the bottom line price on the vehicle. She also went over and above to give me a comparible rental when my roof racks were put on. She offered to bring the car TO MY HOME, 45 minutes away, if I needed her to. Bree is a great asset to your business!! More
The sales person was very knowledgeable about his products as well as his competitors products. He is easy to deal with and "fun" to talk with. We have never had a problem with the service department or with the quality of any of the cars we bought from them. During this time period we have owned cars from 5 other car companies and in general they were all a pain to deal with and the other cars needed frequent service (compared to our Hondas.) More

They did not have the car I wanted and let me know BEFORE I arrived! They were able to get a car for me to test drive within 24 hours, called when she said she was going to call and followed through with every promise. The car was just what I was hoping for and the price was competitive. The financing person was straightforward, understood that I would not be adding extras and explained my options clearly without any pressure. The dealership was the furthest from my home and I paid $300 more than a more local dealer had quoted, but I am so glad I found Bree and Ron Bouchard's Honda Dealership. I felt valued as a customer, treated with respect and the process was seamless with no last minute surprises to sour the great feeling of finding just the right car at the right time! I will be sending anyone who asks to Bree. She could not have done a better job in my eyes. It was apparent that she was a valued employee who respected her coworkers and the dealership owner, making my decision to purchase a new car from her even easier. More
