Service department is a joke I have called repeatedly in the last week to speak to the Honda Service department about my car. However they do not ever answer their phone. The receptionist pages them and pages them, puts me on hold then I keep getting routed back to the receptionist, who takes a message and says they'll call me. Days later their service department never calls. What a joke! I should have known better than to call these people after the nightmare they put me through on the purchase. But there is something wrong with the vehicle and they are required by law to fix it. Thank god its covered under Honda warranty and I can go to a different Honda dealership. There is no "service" in their service department. What kind of dealership service department doesn't answer their phones???? Don't buy here, don't attempt to get your car serviced here, customers are treated badly, and you cannot get any "service". More

I asked about fees and was quoted only the doc fee, then the finance manager tried to slip in a hidden $400 fee for etching which I did not want. He also basically told me I was stupid and didn't understand what I was reading when I objected to the odd requirement discussed above, and he ran my credit report three times in one day. More
