I have purchased several vehicles from Bill over the year and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism. Bill was professional, kind, courteous, and did everything he could to get me into a cheaper payment vehicle but did not look past my lifestyle and the demands of driving in New England. I was very happy with Bill and will keep coming back and also recommend my friends and family. More

Knowing I wanted another CR-V because of its safety record, I did some online research for the best price. I received 2 online offers. I decided to go to The Honda Store having done business with them on 2 other occasions. I met with Bob Brachel and from the start I knew I was in good hands. Bob matched the best price I had received and proceeded to locate the exact model and color I was looking for. The car was ready when promised. The day I picked it up Bob spend time going through each and every new feature of the car. He was extremely patient with my numerous questions and at no time did I feel rushed. It was by far a most pleasant experience. I will most definitely recommend this dealership and Bob Brachel. More

The definition of professionalism is all customers should be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill expected of the professional. Professionalism shows the customer they are cared for. What these two terms have in common are that Ian Thomas lack both. My husband and I purchased a vehicle on 8/13, a VW Tiguan. I was told by Ian that the car had just come in but was in perfect condition. After a lot of fancy footwork done by Abbi, who really went above and beyond, the deal was closed and I picked up the vehicle on Sat. I was made aware from the beginning that we would need new plates as the old ones were so worn it would not pass inspection so we made the choice that we would go to the DMV and have them replaced and would get the registration there and then as well. We received a call from Tim Wilson our sales rep requesting we bring the car in and he would take care of getting the new plates and registration. We obliged and brought the car to him where he put on dealer plates and told me everything would be done in a couple days. In the meantime I had to bring the car back as the brakes were squeaking and I have a small child I needed to ensure the vehicles safety. (At this point I have no sticker on the car) I brought it down and spoke with Ben who was very pleasant and they looked into it immediately and said they just needed to be lubricated and I was all set. I was pulled aside by Seth in the service center and explained that all brakes squeak. Now I am very well aware of the fact I am not a mechanic nor do I wish to be one but the basic rule of brakes are they don't squeak, if they do there is an issue. Less than 2 days later the squeaking started again and they decided they would just replace the brakess which I felt more comfortable with. At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable with the information I was given about the perfect car and looked into it myself as I was not given the carfax I asked for six times and still have yet to get it from the dealership I was able to find there were 2 owners not one as I was told, the car was in a minor accident and there are 2 recalls. Feeling very uncomfortable about this situation I tried calling Tim on 9-9 to see where we were with the plates and registration so I could get a sticker and know it was going to pass inspection. Tim had the day off and so I asked to speak with the supervisor which was Ian. To say I was treated like an inconvenience would be an understatement. He was bothered by fact I called, that I wanted this done as quickly as possible as I wanted a sticker. I asked if it could be done by Friday and I was met with "it will be done when it's done, anything else?" I was aware at that point the title was needed to do what was expected but was never told that originally, again as it was suggested to us we go and do all this ourselves. I called again on 9-14 when Tim was with a customer and spoke with Kevin who had Ian in the background feeding him answers. Finally Ian got on the call and said again it will take as long as it takes, do you want to return the vehicle? Since I was misled on this particular vehicle I said it would be in the best interest to negate the deal and I was met with, "you will surrender the car and we will ruin your credit. We will not give you your car back, it's probably at auction and we won't give you another car." There was no understanding that it has been a month, the car was not in the condition I was told it to be by him, it was returned twice for brakes and I needed to make sure it would pass inspection, again I have a child. I will not apologize for wanting my families safety and I will not be threatened. After getting berated by Ian I did express to him I will be contacting my AG and lo and behold 5 minutes later they magically have my title, registration and plates. How long were those sitting there? I am sure you hear this many times a day but I will be contacting the attorney generals office, the BBB and any media source I can find including dealerrate.com. That man has no business working with people and I will make sure it is known. As a businessman I am sure you know that bad reviews are spread more wildly than good ones and I am ready to start a wildfire. Also I will be calling Channel 7 new about this situation. P.S I wrote this email last night and today, this morning actually there is knock in my engine... Kelly Richard More
