He was such a professional, knowledgeable, soft spoken, likable and just an overall friendly person. Didn't even feel like we were at a car dealership. He was so thorough without being aggressive or pushy in any way. He touched on every single point we needed to know about the CR-V's Needless to say, I left a few days later with a new 2015 Honda CR-V.
