CR-V Touring Purchase I recently visited the dealership looking for a new CR-V. John Ellis was extremely helpful in showing my daughter and I the different levels of the CR I recently visited the dealership looking for a new CR-V. John Ellis was extremely helpful in showing my daughter and I the different levels of the CR-V and the HR-V. We test drove a CR-V and an HR-V. I asked for and received a purchase estimate with my 2007 Camry as a trade. I was given the estimate with no pressure. I said that I would consider it and get back to John. In the meantime I got a better deal at a competitor but returned to Ron Bouchard's to see if they could match it. They did and now I own a CR-V Touring. Very positive experience. More

Then I met Eddie Osorio at Ron Bouchards Honda Store in Lancaster, Ma. Eddie is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I wasn't sure what I was even looking for... but I was treated with patience (lots), helpfulness and respect for whatever decision i would make. The best part is that I was not pressured nor intimidated...Eddie made the process smooth and hassle-free...He has a great sense of humor, is very kind and a pro all the way!
